【Job Responsibilities】
- Be responsible for the market development and customer maintenance of factory products (supplement according to the actual factory products, such as polished parts, hardware products, etc.), formulate personal sales plans, and complete the sales indicators assigned by the company.
- Investigate market demand, industry trends and competitors' situation, collect customer information, develop new customers (including distributors, end customers, etc.), and establish a complete customer file.
- Maintain good communication with customers, timely respond to customer needs such as consultation, quotation and order follow-up, coordinate production, delivery and other links to ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders and improve customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for the signing, performance and payment follow-up of sales contracts, ensure timely payment collection, and reduce the risk of bad debts.
- Cooperate with the company to carry out marketing promotion activities, participate in exhibitions, customer visits and other work, promote the company's products and brand, and enhance brand influence.
- Timely feedback market demand, customer opinions and industry information to the company, and provide reference for the company's product optimization and sales strategy adjustment.

【Job Requirements】
- Age 22-40 years old, high school or above education, 1 year or more of industrial product sales experience, priority will be given to those with sales experience in hardware, machinery, polished products and other related industries; those without experience are acceptable with training.
- Have strong market development ability, communication ability and negotiation ability, and can independently develop customers and complete sales tasks.
- Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, strong pressure resistance, can adapt to business trips (arranged reasonably according to customer distribution), and obey the company's management.
- Have good professional quality and team spirit, and priority will be given to those with customer resources.
- Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, etc.), and can independently sort out and submit sales reports and customer files.

【Salary and Benefits】
- Salary: 5,000-15,000 RMB/month (basic salary + high commission + performance bonus + full attendance bonus), no upper limit. The stronger the ability, the higher the income.
