Fluid Polishing Master

【Job Responsibilities】
- Be responsible for the daily operation, debugging and maintenance of fluid polishing equipment, proficiently master the fluid polishing process, set reasonable polishing parameters (such as pressure, flow rate, polishing time, etc.) according to product requirements, and ensure that the polishing quality meets the standards.
- Strictly complete the polishing process in accordance with the production plan, control key indicators such as product surface roughness and gloss, timely troubleshoot and solve process problems and equipment failures during the polishing process, and reduce product defect rate.
- Be responsible for the collection, management and rational use of polishing consumables (polishing fluid, abrasive, etc.), control the consumption of consumables, and reduce production costs.
- Abide by the factory's safety production rules and regulations, do a good job in equipment cleaning, workshop hygiene and post safety protection, and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Cooperate with the production department to complete product sampling, mass production and other related work, do a good job in production records, and timely feedback problems in the production process.

【Job Requirements】
- Age 25-45 years old, junior high school or above education, 1 year or more of relevant work experience in fluid polishing, priority will be given to those familiar with the fluid polishing process of hardware, plastic and other products.
- Proficient in operating fluid polishing machines, with the ability to independently debug equipment and optimize polishing processes, and can quickly handle common problems during polishing.
- Work carefully and responsibly, be rigorous and meticulous, have good practical ability and execution, and can adapt to the rhythm of factory assembly line work.
- Obey the factory's management arrangements, have a sense of teamwork, no bad employment records, and can work stably for a long time.
- Priority will be given to those with relevant fluid polishing skill certificates; potential apprentices are acceptable (pre-job training provided).

【Salary and Benefits】
- Salary: 6,000-10,000 RMB/month (basic salary + performance + full attendance bonus + skill subsidy). Salary for skilled workers can be negotiated, and salary during the apprenticeship period can be negotiated.
